This is me. Things I love. My family, baking, building, and Jesus.
The name is Amber...I am a young mother to two amazing children. My son, Aidyn, who seems to be too smart for his own good, and Amaya, my daughter, who although she tries my patience day in and day out, I still wouldn't change her for the world..as a family, we have two furbabies, our Shitzu Miniature dachsund mix "Tinkerbelle" (aka Mooch) and our Great Dane "Mia"...along with them, and all the chaos of my not so sane family... I have an amazing fiancé, and can't wait to be his wife.
I love to bake. I love it so much that my mom and I make birthday cakes, cookies, and more for people we know. It's a lot of fun, though sometimes frustrating, and I am always happy to see someone else smile.
Building...what do I build? Character.. LOL. Nah, really, I'm a down to earth gal who's found a niche in crocheting. My grandma and I put together two blankets for my kids. My son, a Mario blanket...and my daughter, a Hello Kitty.... I'll post pictures somewhere around here when I get the hang of it. I've always been the "artsy-fartsy" type... Now, I'm working on baby blankets for a friend and almost have my nephew's finished. I'll post pictures of those too!!!
I enjoy reading, writing, singing...and oh so much more! I tend to be that friend that everyone turns to when there's a problem, though sometimes I feel like I have no where to run...that's when I started turning to Jesus. On April 6, 2014, I gave my life to Christ. I was baptized in the Holy Spirit, and I wouldn't change a minute of it. On April 4, 2014, I was healed of chronic pain in my left ankle. God is soo good! We serve an awesome God! Since I've changed where I turn when I'm in my dark times, I've noticed a complete difference. I only hope that I'm ready for when I'm called home!
